Cable Ties Range - Standard

All Cable Ties are one-piece
molded mechanisms with no metal barbs or cumbersome
wedges. To increase productivity and reduce
costs, all Cable Ties are designed with features
such as bent finger grip tip, low threading
force, and no sharp edges to ensure easier
handling and installation.
Cable Ties are made with the finest virgin
Nylon 6/6 resin, self-extinguishing UL-94
flam. class: V-2 (operating temperature: -40°C
to +85°C ); V-0 available upon request.
This high-quality material enables Cable Ties
to be highly resistant against: Break Fluids,
Lubricants, Power Steering Fluids, Oil, Grease,
Hydrocarbons (Aliphatic, Aromatic), Paints,
Lacquers detergents, Fat (Animal, Vegetable),
Alkies up to 40% (high concentration) and
Gasoline. |

The part coding system has
been devised to facilitate better understanding
and recognition of each element of the code.
Below is a short description of how the part
number is created: e.g. GT-300STBC. GT (Cable
Tie), 300 (Length in mm), ST (Standard Width
- 4.8 mm), B (Black in colour), C (pack in
100Pcs).
Standard Cable Ties colors are natural nylon
or pigmented black. Other colors are available
upon request. Ultraviolet ray resistant black
ties and heat stabilized ties (operating temperature:
-40°C to +105°C) are also available
upon request. |
